Scott has a wealth of experience in all aspects of marketing and works very closely with the team as a hands-on owner, ensuring client success for every customer big or small! Fun Fact: Scott's favorite pie is mountain berry apple, from Julian Pie Company.
Alex Weber
Creative Manager
Alex is Normal Bear’s Creative Manager, leading the team’s creativity, and searching the universe for the perfect font. If you have a problem that requires a creative solution Alex is the one to get it done. Fun Fact: Alex has visited 11 countries dressed as Where’s Waldo.

Web Development Manager
Brian has over a decade of web developer experience from multiple different agencies. He now manages all of our developers to ensure they exceed all of our client's expectations. Fun Fact: Brian closes the rings on his Apple watch every day.
