The team at Davis Property & Investment came to us with a few goals in mind. They wanted a logo that celebrated their 25th year in business. Along with that milestone they tasked us with developing a website that reflected their professionalism in the industry. Our creative team worked with Davis to not only deliver their new and improved look, but also updated their website and started to implement their new branding into custom print projects for their upcoming events.
Davis wanted a complete overhaul and upgrade of their website. The points of emphasis were to better highlight their services and to improve the visual presentation of their available properties. Following the brand guidelines we developed for them, our team got to work designing and developing a new site that not only looks beautiful, but provides the functionality they are looking for. The biggest upgrade to their user experience would be the updated property pages. Davis’s new website allows them to display all of the relevant property information, along with a map api that shows users exactly where the property is.
We believe that branding is one of the most valuable investments a company can make in their marketing. Improving the visual elements of your brand can amplify your company’s messaging, values, and culture. Davis was not looking for a new logo when this project began, however when we began adding new colors, visual design elements and alternate logos to their brand they realized that their old logo design was holding them back. Now with their improved brand design Davis is able to give the first impression that better conveys their company’s level of quality and service.
For their 25 Year Anniversary Davis wanted a logo that they could use on emails, handouts and other marketing materials. It was important to them that they were able to show potential customers and their competition the level of experience that they have in the world of property management. Using the new logo and branding we had built for them our creative team designed three logos that captured the professionalism Davis was looking for in their anniversary logo. Once a winning design had been selected we were able to start using their new logo across their digital and printed media.
With all of the updates to their branding, all of the printed materials that Davis currently had were now outdated. Knowing this we always make sure to include updating all business cards, letterheads, and envelopes in our branding packages. The next step was to supply them with everything they needed for company events by creating custom designed feather flags, tents, table covers, and raffle tickets. Davis also wanted to show off their new look through their outward advertising, so we created custom banners and yard signs to be placed at all of their properties.
