We worked directly with Great Bay Spa & Sauna to develop a personalized digital marketing strategy that created a more personal online experience for their customers. One of the exciting things we did for Great Bay Spa & Sauna was help them launch an online store. We recognized that consumers are increasingly shopping online but that hot tub websites all around the world weren’t providing that showroom experience. Our goal was not only to simplify the online hot tub purchasing process for customers but also to offer them complete customization options, allowing them to choose their preferred color and added accessories for their hot tub.

We conducted extensive research to ensure that every possible option was available for them. By doing all of this, we were able to help Great Bay Spa & Sauna stay ahead of the competition.
We’re still working with Great Bay Spa & Sauna to introduce new features to their online store, such as a customer portal where customers can upload photos or videos and have a customized user experience based on their specific model information. We’re also currently developing a Learning Center that will serve as a comprehensive hub of all hot tub-related information. This will be the go-to destination for customers and hot tub owners alike, where they can get answers to any questions they may have.
It’s all about convenience for their customers, additional tools for lead generation, additional marketing opportunities, and transparency for prospective customers.
